The decision authorized fund transfers to cover demolition, painting, carpeting, signage, permanent and temporary furniture rental, IT and phone/data setup, and copier service. A detailed cost breakdown allocated $11,023.06 for permanent furniture, $1,479.79 for signage, $124,508.26 for construction, $2,187.56 for temporary furniture, $1,171.00 for copier service, and $8,052.00 for phone/data. Fund transfers were mapped to specific GSD and LADBS account codes within Funds 100, 706 and 48R. The Council also authorized GSD and LADBS general managers to make technical corrections and instructed GSD to provide proof of expenditures to LADBS after each invoice is processed.
