The property, owned by Barati Enterprise, Inc., was reclassified from Residential Rural-Acre (RR-Acre) District to Planned Unit Development (PUD) to permit single-family dwellings and townhomes, as described in the Middleburg Townhome PUD. The rezoning is subject to conditions and is consistent with the 2045 Comprehensive Plan. The application for this rezoning was filed by Patrick Honore on behalf of Barati Enterprise, Inc. The City Council held a public hearing and approved the amendment with conditions by a vote of 17-0 on August 12, 2025, after a previous LUZ committee amendment and approval on August 5, 2025.
