The property, owned by Normandy Commercial, LLC, was reclassified from Agriculture (AGR) District to Commercial Community/General-1 (CCG-1) District. This rezoning is consistent with the 2045 Comprehensive Plan and follows a Small-Scale Amendment Application (L-6004-24C). The rezoning is contingent on the adoption of the companion Small-Scale Amendment and will not become effective until 31 days after its adoption, or if challenged by a state land planning agency, until a final order determining compliance with Chapter 163, Florida Statutes.
