The City of Jacksonville approved Sign Waiver Application SW-25-02 for a sign located at 2320 Atlantic Boulevard. The waiver, requested by Mayfair Enterprises, LLC and submitted by Michael Herzberg, reduces the minimum sign setback from ten feet to two and a half feet in a Commercial Community/General-2 (CCG-2) zoned district.
