This ordinance adopts a small-scale amendment to the 2045 Comprehensive Plan for approximately 0.09 acres located at 612 Florence Street in Council District 7, Jacksonville, Florida. The amendment changes the Future Land Use designation from Light Industrial (LI) to Medium Density Residential (MDR). Application number L-6030-25C was filed by Zach Miller, Esq., on behalf of the owner, BCEL 10D, LLC. Public hearings were conducted by the Planning Commission, the Land Use and Zoning (LUZ) Committee, and the City Council.
