The Jacksonville City Council approved Ordinance 2025-212-E, which rezones approximately 0.51 acres at 0 Soutel Drive from Commercial Community/General-1 (CCG-1) District to Planned Unit Development (PUD) District. The property, owned by DDT&L, Inc., and applied for by Josh Cockrell, will be subject to specific conditions.
