The Jacksonville City Council has approved Ordinance 2025-239-E, rezoning approximately 20.81 acres located at 0 Normandy Boulevard in Council District 12. The property, owned by Hoose Homes and Investments, LLC, was reclassified from an Agriculture (AGR) District to a Commercial, Residential, and Office (CRO) District. This rezoning is consistent with the 2045 Comprehensive Plan and follows a companion Small-Scale Amendment Application L-6026-25C. Zach Miller, Esq., served as the applicant for this rezoning. The ordinance's effectiveness is contingent on the companion Small-Scale Amendment being unchallenged and becomes effective thirty-one days after its adoption, upon signature by the Council President and Secretary.
