The Jacksonville City Council adopted Ordinance 2025-240, a small-scale amendment to the 2045 Comprehensive Plan, for approximately 0.49 acres at 0 Hyatt Road. The amendment changes the future land use designation from Residential-Professional-Institutional (RPI) to Community/General Commercial (CGC). The property is owned by The Brunello Group, LLC, and the application (L-6022-25C) was filed by Cyndy Trimmer, Esq. Both the Planning Commission and the Land Use and Zoning Committee had previously recommended this change. The City Council approved the ordinance with a vote of 17-0.
