Ordinance 2025-268 rezones approximately 118.18 acres in Council District 12—from Planned Unit Development (PUD) Districts (1987-871-E and 2023-360-E) and Residential Rural-Acre (RR-Acre) to a new Planned Unit Development (PUD). The new PUD establishes single-family dwellings as the permitted use and aligns zoning with the Future Land Use Map series small-scale amendment L-6024-25C. Exhibit 1 provides a detailed legal description, while Exhibit 2 depicts the subject property map. Exhibit 3 contains the PUD written narrative, and Exhibit 4 shows the site plan. The rezoning is contingent upon final adoption of the companion small-scale amendment and will not be effective until 31 days after that action or upon issuance of a compliance order. This ordinance does not exempt the development from any other local, state, or federal regulations, and all required permits and approvals must be obtained prior to construction.
