This ordinance rezones approximately 1.68± acres at 4370 Old Middleburg Road in Council District 12 from Residential Rural-Acre (RR-Acre) to Residential Medium Density-A (RMD-A) to ensure consistency with the 2045 Comprehensive Plan and companion Small-Scale Amendment L-5882-23C. The rezoning was initiated by applicant Patrick Honore on behalf of owner Barati Enterprise, Inc., following recommendations from the Planning and Development Department, the Planning Commission, and the Land Use and Zoning Committee. A contingency clause delays effectiveness until 31 days after adoption of the companion amendment or final compliance order from the state land planning agency.
