The amendment, submitted under application L-6026-25C by Zach Miller, Esq. on behalf of owner Hoose Homes and Investments, LLC, was reviewed and recommended by the Planning and Development Department, the Planning Commission, and the City Council’s Land Use and Zoning Committee.
