This ordinance rezones approximately 46.54 acres at 0 Normandy Boulevard in Council District 12 from Agriculture (AGR) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) to permit single-family dwellings and townhomes under the Griffis Normandy PUD. It incorporates a legal description, site plan, and written program as exhibits, and conditions the rezoning’s effectiveness on the adoption and non-challenge of a companion small-scale Future Land Use amendment. The owners—Henry G. Griffis Jr. and trustees of the Ida Griffis 1996 Trust—filed the application through Paul Harden, Esq., and the Planning Commission and Land Use and Zoning Committee found it consistent with the 2045 Comprehensive Plan. The new PUD zoning provides flexible lot layouts, design standards, and unit mix for detached homes and attached townhomes.
