This ordinance rezones approximately 6.89± acres at 6600 Corporate Center Parkway in Council District 4 from Industrial Business Park (IBP) District to a Planned Unit Development (PUD) District under the Premier Academy Jacksonville PUD. The rezoning permits the development of schools alongside industrial business park uses, as detailed in Exhibit 1 (legal description), Exhibit 3 (written description dated February 5, 2025), and the site plan dated January 22, 2025. The application was filed by owner JAX COSTA (FL), LLC and applicant Folks Huxford. The City Council found the rezoning consistent with the 2045 Comprehensive Plan and not detrimental to public health, safety, or adjacent properties, meeting Section 656.340 PUD standards.
