An ordinance rezoning approximately 32.30± acres at 10550 Deerwood Park Boulevard was enacted. The property, owned by Greystone Jacksonville LLC, 400 DWP LLC, and 10550 Deerwood Park LLC, was reclassified from a previous Planned Unit Development (PUD) District (2003-117-E) to a new PUD District. The new zoning permits a variety of uses including warehousing, manufacturer's agent and display rooms, building trades contractor offices, retail sales, and general office uses within the Greystone PUD Third Amendment. The rezoning was approved by the City Council with an 18-0 vote on May 13, 2025, following a 6-0 approval by the Land Use & Zoning Committee on May 6, 2025.
