This ordinance rezones approximately 2.00± acres at 7642 Woodley Road, located between Old Kings Road and New Kings Road in Council District 8, from Industrial Business Park (IBP) to Industrial Light (IL) district. The rezoning enables the property owner, D & D Roofing, LLC, to pursue light industrial, warehousing, and distribution uses permitted under the IL classification. Barry Snyder, as the applicant, filed for the amendment to align the site’s zoning with its intended operational use. The Planning and Development Department issued an advisory recommendation, followed by recommendations from the Planning Commission and the Land Use and Zoning Committee after public hearings.
