This ordinance appropriates $1,042,284.14 of revenue collected from Amphitheater (Daily’s Place) and Flex Field parking fees and ticket surcharges to fund capital improvements and maintenance needs at Daily’s Place, while updating prior appropriations to reflect actuals. The funding will be drawn from B.T. 25-036 and allocated within the City’s 2024-2025 budget. Improvements may include structural repairs, equipment upgrades, ADA enhancements, and lifecycle maintenance.
