The Jacksonville City Council enacted Ordinance 2025-171-E on April 22, 2025, approving a rezoning of approximately 8.38 acres at 0 Pritchard Road from Residential Rural-Acre (RR-Acre) District to Planned Unit Development (PUD) District. The property, owned by David and Carolyn Woods, is located at the southwest corner of Jones Road and Pritchard Road. The new PUD zoning permits the development of single-family dwellings, multi-family dwellings, and townhomes. The application was filed by M. Hayden Phillips, Esq. The rezoning is subject to a condition requiring a traffic study to be provided at Civil Site Plan Review, which must meet the requirements of the Land Development Procedures Manual Section 1.1.11.
