Ordinance 2025-90-E adopts amendments to the City of Jacksonville's 2045 Comprehensive Plan. The amendments incorporate recommendations from an Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) approved by Ordinance 2023-670-E. Key elements being amended include the Housing Element, Future Land Use Element, Public Schools Facilities Element, Infrastructure Element, Sanitary Sewer Service Feasibility Analysis, and Definitions. The Planning and Development Department, Planning Commission, and Land Use and Zoning Committee reviewed the proposed changes and held public hearings before the City Council's final consideration and approval. The City Council approved the amendments with a vote of 14-1.
