The City Council adopted a small-scale amendment to the 2045 Comprehensive Plan's Future Land Use Map series, changing the designation of approximately 27.19 acres from Rural Residential (RR) to Low Density Residential (LDR). The properties are located in Council District 8, west of Lem Turner Road.
