The property is owned by DFH Prominence, LP, and the application (L-5967-24A) was submitted by Paul Harden, Esq. The City Council adopted this amendment following public hearings held by both the Planning Commission and the Land Use and Zoning Committee. The ordinance also includes the adoption of a sign posting plan for the affected parcels. The final action by the City Council was an unanimous approval, with an 18-0 vote, on February 25, 2025.
