An ordinance was enacted to rezone approximately 4.8 acres at 1404 Blair Road from Agriculture (AGR) District to Planned Unit Development (PUD) District. This rezoning permits residential uses, specifically townhomes, as described in the Blair Road Townhomes PUD. The rezoning is subject to certain conditions, including the installation and maintenance of a 6-foot high vinyl fence along the north, south, and west sides of the property. The rezoning is consistent with the 2045 Comprehensive Plan and the adopted Small-Scale Amendment L-5937-24C. The Planning and Development Department, Planning Commission, and Land Use and Zoning (LUZ) Committee all provided advisory opinions and recommendations for approval. The City Council ultimately approved the rezoning.
