This ordinance rezones approximately 10.6 acres in Council District 11, Jacksonville, Florida. The land, owned by Sharon Burnette, Linda Gilyard, Carolyn Gilyard, Soloman Odom, Bobbie Ann Odom, and Torr Gilyard, is reclassified from Residential Low Density-90 (RLD-90) and Residential Rural-Acre (RR-Acre) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) to permit industrial uses. Cyndy Trimmer, Esq., filed the application. The PUD is subject to specific conditions, including the requirement for the developer to conduct a traffic study. Additionally, the project is limited to a maximum of 60 truck and trailer spaces. Operating hours will be restricted to 6 AM to 10 PM.
