An ordinance was enacted to rezone approximately 15.96 acres at 2115 Forest Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida, from Residential Low Density-60 (RLD-60) to Planned Unit Development (PUD). The rezoning, applied for by Folks Huxford and owned by Holstar, LLC, permits a maximum of 78 duplex units. This decision was made by the Council of the City of Jacksonville. A condition of approval stipulates that Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, as depicted on the Revised Exhibit 4, shall remain undeveloped as open “green” space within the development. The planning commission reviewed the application and provided an advisory recommendation.
