An ordinance rezoning approximately 1.28 acres at 142 & 154 McCargo Street North from Commercial Community/General-1 (CCG-1) District to Planned Unit Development (PUD) District. This rezoning permits outside retail sales and storage of artificial turf, restaurant, and other commercial uses as described in the McCargo Street PUD. The Planning Commission reviewed the application and made an advisory recommendation to the City Council. The Council found the rezoning consistent with the 2045 Comprehensive Plan and not detrimental to the health and safety of residents or the environment.
