The total estimated court and miscellaneous costs amount to $2,055.00, covering Special Commissioners' fees, process service, and court filings. Funding for this acquisition was previously appropriated under Ordinance No. 2023-175 from the Dedicated Drainage and Street Renewal Capital Fund – Ad Valorem Tax. This decision follows prior council actions on March 8, 2023 (Ordinance No. 2023-175) and November 14, 2024 (Ordinance No. 2024-869).
