The Houston City Council is considering accepting the completed work for the Neighborhood Sewer Rehabilitation Program from Lopez Utilities Contractor, LLC. This project involved wastewater collection system rehabilitation, including pipe replacement, pipe bursting, and cured-in-place pipe methods across Council Districts A, B, C, D, F, G, H, I, J, and K. The contractor's M/WBE participation was rated satisfactory due to good faith efforts, achieving 18.08% MBE and 0.59% WBE against goals of 20.20% MBE and 9.17% WBE.
