Key improvements include upgrades to drainage and public utility systems to meet City design standards. The contract has a duration of 1080 calendar days. Funding is sourced from the Water & Sewer System Consolidated Construction Fund, Contribution for Capital Projects Fund, and Federal State Local-HPW Pass thru DDSRF. The City partnered with the Memorial Heights Redevelopment Authority (TIRZ #5) for the design, which was completed by Quiddity Engineering, LLC. The project also secured federal funds through the Houston-Galveston Transportation Policy Council and Texas Department of Transportation.
