City Council awarded a contract to Industrial TX Corp. for replacement of UV disinfection systems at Forest Cove Waste Water Treatment Plant and channels 1 and 2 at Kingwood Central WWTP. SBE participation exceeds 7.5% through agreements with Seco Industrial Maintenance & Controls and Automation Nation, Inc.
