The M/WBE goal for the project is 26%, with five firms proposed to participate, and the Consultant complies with the City’s Pay or Play health benefits ordinance. The work will be carried out citywide to repair or replace large-diameter water lines and valves to enhance reliability and minimize major water main shutdown impacts.
