The City Council is scheduled to consider renewal of Special Minimum Lot Size Block No. 135 for the 400 block (south side) and 500 block (north and south sides) of Euclid Street between Northwood and Florence Streets, and the 500 block (south side) of Woodland Street between Northwood and Helen Streets in the Woodland Heights Subdivision. The renewal would maintain a minimum lot size of 5,000 square feet, unchanged since the original 2005 ordinance. The Planning and Development Department notified property owners, and no protests were filed. Staff recommends adoption of the ordinance to continue the existing lot size requirements.
