Notifications were sent to 16 property owners, and one written protest was received. The Houston Planning Commission recommended the approval of the SMLSB after considering the protest on August 8, 2024. The designation establishes a minimum lot size of 5,300 square feet, ensuring consistency in development and maintaining neighborhood character.
