The City of Houston approved the renewal of the Special Minimum Lot Size Block (SMLSB) designation for the east side of the 100-400 blocks of Moss Street, between N. Main Street and the end of Moss Street. The renewal was initiated by the property owner of 108 Moss Street, Lot 3, Block 5, within the Brooke Smith subdivision. Notifications were sent to 17 property owners, and no protests were filed, allowing the application to proceed directly to City Council. The minimum lot size of 5,000 square feet has been maintained since the original ordinance passed in 2004.
