The amendment ensures that the construction of 80 affordable housing units at Zuri Gardens and 200 units at Garver Heights can proceed without delay. The loan increase will be shared between Cole Klein Builders, LLC, Gulfgate Redevelopment Authority, and Kittle Development Group.
