The Denver City Council approved a $19,678,275.00 agreement with Mark Young Construction, LLC for the construction of the new Denver Fire Station 40. Located at 17401 East 56th Avenue, Denver, Colorado, the project is situated at the northwest corner of Telluride Street & 56th Avenue within Council District 11. The new fire station will cover approximately 15,000 square feet and includes preconstruction and construction management services. This contract, managed by the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, aims to provide vital emergency services to the rapidly growing northeast Denver area, particularly near the Tower Road corridor and Peña Boulevard. The construction is expected to take 507 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. OZ Architecture Inc. is the designer for the project.
