The easements, established by Deeds of Dedication Reception No. 2024043744, were prematurely recorded by the property owner, 2821 Welton Street Investment, LLC, in anticipation of a larger development project. The relinquishment, covering 1,227 square feet across two areas (0.008 acres and 0.020 acres), will allow the property owner to formally dedicate the land to the City in fee as part of their development plan. Various city departments, including Asset Management, City Forester, Denver Water, Xcel Energy, and RTD, have reviewed and approved the relinquishment request.
