This contract establishes an on-call agreement with SlideRite Inc for a three-year term with a capacity of $1,000,000 to perform pool painting services across Denver's indoor and outdoor swimming pools, slides, and water features. The Denver Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) selected SlideRite Inc based on qualified submittals received through an RFP process conducted in January 2025. This agreement aims to address the current need for repainting many of the city's approximately 30 pools, which are outdated. The services include removing existing coatings, washing and rinsing surfaces, applying epoxy mortar, and multiple coats of approved paint. Work will be authorized via individual work orders as needed, and the contract does not commit specific funds upfront.
