The City and County of Denver resolved to dedicate two city-owned parcels of land to be established as public right-of-way. The first parcel is for West Virginia Avenue, located at the intersection of West Virginia Avenue and South Federal Boulevard. The second parcel is for a public alley, bounded by West Virginia Avenue, South Federal Boulevard, West Custer Place, and South Hazel Court. These dedications were requested by a developer who built a new 7-Eleven convenience store and canopy, and they were required as part of that project.
