The City and County of Denver approved a $9,256,362.00 contract with Jalisco International, Inc. for the High Line Canal Trail Underpass at Yale and Holly project in Council District 4. The improvements will create a grade-separated, ADA-compliant crossing under East Yale Avenue, enhancing safety for trail users. The project scope includes the construction of retaining walls, a concrete box culvert, new lighting, stormwater drainage infrastructure, tree removals and protection, traffic control, and the undergrounding of overhead utility lines. Additionally, right-of-way and easement acquisitions are part of the project. The contract has a term of 250 days. This resolution was approved by the City Council on June 16, 2025.
