The City Council approved a Third Amendatory Agreement with J&K Trucking LLC to extend and increase the hauling services contract for DOTI street maintenance citywide. The amendment adds six months to the term, extending it to November 8, 2025, and increases the maximum contract amount by $1,000,000 to a new total of $11,000,000. This on-call agreement covers hauling of asphalt, mill tailings, and other materials, and includes snow removal services as directed by DOTI Street Maintenance.
