The City and County of Denver, through its Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, entered into Contract No. DOTI-202578141-00 with HNTB Corporation for on-call professional services to support the Sidewalk Enterprise Program. Under the three-year, $15 million agreement, HNTB will provide program management, controls, planning, communications, preconstruction, and implementation services on an as-needed, task-order basis. Key personnel will be assigned per task orders, each of which sets scope, budget, deliverables, and schedule, and requires City approval and written notice to proceed. The agreement mandates compliance with City, state, and federal standards, including MWBE participation, insurance requirements, and indemnification obligations. It also allows the City to terminate for cause or convenience with appropriate notice and ensures ownership of all deliverables by the City.
