The Land Use, Transportation & Infrastructure Committee recommended approval of the Parks Legacy Fund Five-Year Plan for 2025–2029, directing use of the 0.25% sales tax revenue to park improvements, acquisitions, resilience, and programming. The plan establishes seven themes: Re-invest in Our System; Adapt for Resilience; Expand the System; Create Unique Places; Foster Connections & Partnerships; Broaden Offerings; and Enhance Mountain Destinations. It outlines past accomplishments, a financial overview showing $267M revenue to date and allocations for capital projects, land acquisition, operations, and contingencies, plus an adoption timeline and engagement summary. The committee forwarded the plan to City Council for final adoption.
