This parcel is currently held in the Land Bank under the Land Reutilization Program. Healthy Linden Homes V LLC plans to construct a two-family home on the vacant parcel as part of the Land Bank’s Moderately Priced Housing Initiative. The sale price for the property is $4,795.00 plus a $195.00 processing fee. The legislation also authorizes the Director of Development to execute any agreements, deed restrictions, or mortgages to ensure compliance with land bank program rules and the submitted application. An emergency declaration was requested to expedite the transfer to allow the buyer to meet lending deadlines for the South Side Renaissance Funding loan.
