City Council approved the final plat for Langford Meadow Section 6, subdividing approximately 18.474-acre site at Diley Road and Begonia Drive into over 50 residential lots. The plat, certified by Langford Meadows Project I, LLC and surveyed by CESO, Inc., dedicates public right-of-way, stormwater and utility easements, and extends Begonia Drive. Approval by council ordinance on June 2, 2025 secures dedication of infrastructure to the City of Columbus. The document includes detailed lot dimensions, curve and line tables, and building setback requirements. This approval completes Section 6 of the broader Langford Meadow community, enabling home construction to proceed.
