This ordinance authorizes the appropriation of $4,570,000 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds under project DV008 for the period ending in 2025. It allocates $3,492,000 from account 223125 and $1,078,000 from account 100099 to support a diverse group of 58 nonprofit organizations providing community services.
