The City Council approved a request to rezone the property at 2764 Dale Avenue from R-2F, Residential District (Duplex) and R-4, Residential District (Apartment) to C-4, Commercial District (Commercial Services). This rezoning will allow for the future development of a mixed-use building featuring commercial uses on the ground floor and 16 residential units above. Additionally, a variance to Section 3312.21, Parking Requirements for Apartment Houses in the C-4 District, was granted, reducing the required parking from 27 spaces to 25 spaces. The Livingston Avenue Area Commission recommended approval of this application.
