This ordinance authorizes the transfer of five Land Bank parcels located on Greenway Ave. to Blueprint Development Company, LLC. The company, led by a graduate of the Affordable Housing Trust’s Emerging Developers Accelerator Program, will develop an 18-unit multifamily project on these vacant parcels as part of the new pilot program—Moderately Priced Housing Initiative.
