The applicant sought this change to permit the construction of a second-story sunroom addition over an existing attached garage, replacing a rooftop deck. The addition will add 239 square feet of floor area and will be 19 feet-8.25 inches in height. The existing single-family home will retain its attached garage parking space. The project also required relief for reductions in west side setback, combined side setback, rear setback, and rear yard open space due to the triangular shape of the lot and the existing single-family home's footprint.
