The Chicago City Council approved a zoning reclassification for the property at 3908 North Janssen Avenue. The previous zoning, RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District, has been changed to RM-5 Residential Multi-Unit District. This ordinance amends Title 17 of the Municipal Code, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, specifically Map No. 9-G, for the area bounded by lines 100 feet north of and parallel to West Byron Street, North Janssen Avenue, 75 feet north of and parallel to West Byron Street, and 117 feet west of and parallel to North Janssen Avenue. The reclassification was finalized on June 18, 2025.
