The Chicago City Council approved a zoning reclassification for the property located at 4525-B North Delphia Avenue. The ordinance amends Title 17 of the Municipal Code, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, by changing the previous RS-2 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District designation to RS-3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District. The affected area is bounded by lines 326 feet north of and parallel to West Sunnyside Avenue, 325 feet east of and parallel to North Delphia Avenue, 226 feet north of and parallel to West Sunnyside Avenue, and 175 feet east of and parallel to North Delphia Avenue. This change was passed as a substitute on June 18, 2025, after being introduced on April 16, 2025.
