The City Council of Chicago approved a spot rezoning for the property located at 3606 W Flourney Avenue. The reclassification changes the zoning from RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District to C1-1 Neighborhood Commercial District. The area bound by the public alley north of West Flourney, a line 48.5 feet west of and parallel to South Central Park Avenue, a line 120 feet north of West Flourney Avenue, and a line 98.5 feet west of and parallel to South Central Park Avenue is affected by this change. The ordinance was passed as a substitute on June 18, 2025.
